If I change my mind, can I delete a nomination or comment?

Once created, nominations cannot be deleted; however, you are free to edit your nomination text at any time, and you could edit the nomination to remove any text. If you change your mind about a nomination in response to some new information, we would prefer that you record the new information in a comment rather than deleting the original.
Please note that we do version-control the content (as a protection against malicious damage to a nomination), so your original text is still in our records. Also, please remember that only Mellon staff and you know your identity: all nominations and comments are privately attributed but publicly anonymous.
